Booking
Arrival
You will be greeted at the time of your appointment. We do not have a waiting area, so please do not arrive early for your appointment,

Due to cleaning requirements and safe practice, late arrival of ten minutes or more will result in your appointment being cancelled and a loss of your deposit.
Appointments must be attended alone unless accompanying a minor. Strictly no children are to attend the salon unless there for a treatment (please state age when booking an appointment for someone under the age of 16). Bringing a child will result in your appointment being cancelled and a loss of your deposit.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your appointment, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Any cancellations within this notice period will result in a loss of your deposit.

If after assessment you are deemed unsuitable for treatment, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Lash Lift Aftercare
To keep your lashes as beautiful as possible, please remember:

Do not apply make-up or receive any other eye treatments for at least 24 hours after your treatment.
Avoid swimming/sauna for 24 hours.
Keep lashes dry for 24 hours.
Use a lash conditioner twice daily (castor oil is recommended) brush through using a mascara brush.
Avoid the temptation to touch lashes/no rubbing.
Do not allow prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat; the use of sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools
